End of Incubation period

I can't seem to find the answer to this question. At the end of the incubation period (which is a broad time period) do you open the container in the incubator or leave it closed. If you leave the container closed, there is no fresh air for the new hatchling and not much room to move around. We have two eggs in a tupperware sandwich container filled with moist vermiculite in the hova-bator.
There is tons of info about the incubation process and about care of the hatchlings! Just not that in-between time!!!
TIA

I don't do anything special when eggs are due to hatch, just keep an eye on the incubator and pull the hatchlings when you find them.

I try to open the containers for a minute or so once a week throughout incubation. That gives them enough air. Once I see babies, I just take them out.
