I apologize if this is a stupid question....
I got my leo from that place "where the pets go," so I don't know anything about his genetics. He has a number of issues, which I have made various threads about over the year and a halfish that I've had him. He appears to have some neurological symptoms-he will sometimes miss when I tong feed him (he will jump like an inch to the right or left of the tongs), and when the crickets get loose from the tongs, he often acts like he can't see them, and will usually miss when he tries to grab them. I have also noticed him staring above him (standing still with his head tilted up). It doesn't happen all the time, but it has been often enough that I have noticed. I read today that Enigmas (if he does have Enigma genes) with ES will sometimes have issues with eating (not eating sometimes), and I have had issues with that in the past (a few months ago he refused to eat for 2 months). I had him tested for Crypto during that time (Acid Fast Stain came back positive, but the PCR test came back negative? I have no idea what to make of that) to see if that could be why he wasn't eating and why he was losing so much weight. However, currently he is RAVENOUS-he will easily eat 15+ crickets in 10 minutes. I also heard something (I don't remember where) that Enigmas will sometimes have orangey colored eyes. His eyes are greyish, but if you look at him head on, they look orange. I can post pictures if necessary, but does this sound consistent with an Enigma gecko with possible ES?
