Enigma Trait

Can anyone tell me how I will know if my new baby is an enigma? Will I have to wait to see if the tail whitens out and for the eyes? I am new at hatching out enigmas so I am not real sure. Thanks for your help

just look in the show off you leos section, maybe use the search engine. Ive never hatched any myself but I think you will know when you do.

general enimga things, look for symptoms of the trait. Broken bands, usually more blobbed. Spots are bigger and wider spread, tail colour is washed out, funny things going on with the eyes. all that sort of stuff.

When they hatch or first shed, you can usually see a U shaped pattern on the head. If you can post a picture, I'm sure we can tell you.

You can see the wide U shape on the head. That's one of the first things I look for.

Dosnt seem to be enigma to me. The best way I can tell with my babies(my male has enigma in him) is they usually do the enigma spin

I know this is kind of general, but you'll most certainly be able to tell when you get an enigma. They're very different, especially snow enigma's.
Just as an example, two I hatched last year. Mack snow and mack snow enigma.
