Is it okay to cross an Enigma het Bell with a Bell Enigma? Or would it cost its offspring to have some sort sickness or deformities?

It would be fine to breed those two together, it is only suggested not to breed two different strains of albino together E.g - Bell x Tremper

Actually its recomended to outcross the enigmas as much as possible, so it's not advised to breed enigma to enigma.

Breeding enigma to enigma is not advised due to the neurological abnormalities associated with the trait, however, many people have crossed enigmas to enigmas without problem, But by crossing enigmas you increase your chances of circling, head tilts, trouble catching food, etc...
This is why many people are crossing enigma into the E.m. fasciolatus , E.m. afghanicus, and other subspecies. These outcrossings are proving helpful in the reduction of the negative enigma characteristic.
