one of my 16 week old female high yellow leopard gecko, ringer, escaped two nights ago. I am still trying to figure out how she escaped in the first place, i'm a bit boggled bc she lives with another gecko and he's still in the cage. i keep her cage in my room so yesterday i rearranged my room and i didn't find her. i also ramsacked my closet and still nothing. i looked in the other 3 bedrooms upstairs and nothing. any ideas on where she could hide?? any way to get her back??

make sure u leave water out and maybe some food too! that is key to its survival!
also look for droppings on the floor to give u clues as to where she has gotten to! leave out hides as well because she will more than likely find it and sleep in it making her easier to catch!
good luck im sure you will find her soon!
chin up! :)

my 4month old escaped a few weeks ago, and i found her in my gun case, skinny but still fast moving and alive. Proves that they could be anywhere, i think its more of a when you stop looking they will find out when they are ready.

When one of our babies was about 5 weeks old she escaped. My husband found her.....4 months later in our bathroom closet ( which we had already searched). We had assumed the worst and given up on ever finding her. Luckily we have alot of mealies and crickets escape. She had faired really well. We have a dog and a cat and they both have water dishes out so I assume that she got water from their dishes. Leave humid hides in dark places and check them every day. I'd also place some mealie dishes around if possible and water. They have a way of turning up in the places that we never think to look. Good luck finding her.
