Exo Terra Heat Pad Not Getting Hot Enough

what can i do to make it heat up more? idk why it wont heat up but please help, theres no visible fractures/cracks in it

I've had problems with those heat pads in the past. I don't know why. Zoo med heats up really high, and exo terra seems to not heat up at all. I think most people use the zoo med ones with thermostats.

I use a Zoo Med UTH and I have to attach it to a thermostat. If I don't, the tile in my tank tops 105 degrees. Your UTH may be failing.

I would just get a new one. I've had trouble with them before.

Agree^. I currently have one ExoTerra that's doing the exact same thing. Just a faulty product, which can happen with any of them I suppose.
