I use it all the time for all of my geckos. It removes the chlorine and chlorimines from the water and proveds calcium. My male eats only meal worms and I felt like I was not providing enough calcium to him, because he ate the mealworms out of a bowl and normally the meal worms had lost their dusting so I started to use the calciumize and have not had any problems in 4 yrs

I still provide a dish of calcium, but for a long time I never did and never had an issue with MDB.

MBD stands for Metabolic Bone Disease, which is what happens when geckos dont get enough calcium. The joints become rubbery, and they shake when they walk.

you can you-tube leopard geckos and you are bound to find a leopard gecko that has MBD. Just look for legs that are rubbery and all bent. There is one video of a leopard gecko that has MBD really bad and is severely impacted on you-tube that I know of, I just don't know the link to it to show you
