exterminator / pest control

so we have a an exterminator coming to the house later today. just wondered if there was anything i should ask him to do or not to do. or if i should just have him skip the room my leos are in entirely.

I just have them skip my gecko room. I don't want any of those pesticides near my geckos.

I have them skip the reptile room as well. I just make sure they treat the entire outside perimeter of my house. I dont know if it would effect my reptiles but I sure dont want to role the dice and chance it.
