Extrange eye on RAPTOR

A friend of mine had hatched this little guy, I thinked it was a RAPTOR, but when he end me a photo of the eye I'm confused. It seem is like the "devil eye" in one post, some days ago.
What do you think guys? It's only a refelx of light or a new eye trait?
