Eye Infection

my gecko has an eye infection it looks like a mucus covering her eye. is there drops i can put in her eyes are what should i do.

well you say its an eye infection, whatever drops you need to get are acquired through a vet!. book a vet appointment asap!. what is his substrate?. if you are using sand take him off to decrease further infection and put him on paper towel good luck.

My substrate is carpet. i know the sand is bad so i never had them on it. thank you for replying

It can be an infection or even retained skin shed. Either way she needs to be seen by a vet at this point.

A vet is always the best choice. Something to consider, my Enigma mack gets that every now and again. i would say once every other month. Turned out to be a Vitamin A deficiency. ill post the product when i get to work but there is a paste i use that really high in Vit A. i give it to him once a week now and he has not had it in 3 months or so.
