Okay, I heard you can use a qtip with warm water to help get it but I don't know if there is anything else we can do. She has eye shed and can't see at all. Please help.

I'm actually having this problem with one of my snow enigmas right now. What did you do to fix it? My gecko has shed stuck inside of his eye. I've been using qtips, warm water, and at times saline solutions to get it out, but he shuts his eye closed too tightly for me to wrestle it out. It's in there pretty good. I don't want it to get infected, and I feel like the only way I can really get it out is if I can give it some laughing gas for a few minutes. I say that half-jokingly, but what are some other solutions I can try?
