Eyesight

I have a 3 year old leopard gecko who has recently been showing some sight issues. I have taken her to the vet who assisted with the shed she had started that morning and he examined her eyes. He prescribed an antibiotic eye drop once a day. She has also not been eating well and her tail is thin. I bought her wax worms today in the hopes of coaxing food in her. When I put them in her tank she seemed excited, waved her tail as she does in hunting and stepped right passed the worms. I'm concerned that she may have lost her sight. I managed to get several cc's of chicken baby food into her but am unsure what to do at this point. I'm hoping for advice and suggestions. Thanks in advance!!

what are you using for a heat source?
the animal needs a 90F area in the cage so that it can properly digest and keep the metabolism high.

eye problems are often due to vitamin A deficiencies. are you using calcium and vitamin supplements? how often?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and just now saw your response. I have a heat pad under her tank and I dust her crickets each time. I believe her to be blind however so can't give her crickets at the moment. The vet has her on an antibiotic eye drop and I'm feeding her chicken baby food 2-3 times a day but I don't know if that's enough or a proper source of nutrition. Any help welcome!

He did not do a fecal test as the ones in the tank were too dry. I have been feeding her the baby food but it doesn't seem to be passing. I'm really not sure what to do.
