FAKE VINES???

hey everyone i was thinking about putting some vines in my 40 gallon tank for my little ones..... but i was thinking if that would be a good idea, and if so.. how much would be good enough???

Ok. Um not really sure how I should answer this one, so I will ask a question instead.
What purpose would the vine serve?

i was told that leo's like it.... wasnt told why thats why im asking..... is that true? i never read anything about that, i know they use hides, but i have seen a lot of videos with people having vines in they're tanks.. thanks for the help tho

I use some fake vines in my leo's tank, he enjoys sleeping under them instead of inside his hide, and occasionally climbing on them. At one point, he insisted it was even his bathroom! Did not make for pleasant cleaning.
Anywho, nothing wrong with some vines to spruce up a tank, a lot of leos seem to like them!

Don't put them too high off the ground! We don't want injured geckos!

I used to have some fake leafy vine things in Toon's tank mostly for decorative purposes but I took them out because she was climbing up them. When I tried to move them out of her reach, she took a flying leap onto one trying to get to it, and fell. So just watch and see if your geckos get any crazy ideas about them.
