Fat tail hibernation

well my lil AFT just started to hibernate on the cool side of his enclosure. i know i'm doing everything right i only had on question regarding him hibernating. for the warm up after 4 weeks should i move his heat lamp and pad on the cool side making it the hot side or just leave him and he'll eventually move over to the hot side?

just make sure he has a hide on the cool side, and on the warm side and he will take care of it himself.

ok thanks. yea he's in his second week right now so hoping things speed up and i can finally breed him. i'm really interested in seeing what he produces with a normal striped.
