Favorite Sports and Teams?

Its been a while guys, I haven't been around because I'm graduating as of tomorrow and have been busy preparing for college. But I thought I'd stop in say hello and for the fun of it start up a little thread to express our love for out favorite teams/individuals across the wide world of sports. NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR, NCAA(any) it doesn't matter, just have fun.

Now I may stand out as an oddball because my teams are widespread but I am loyal to those who I follow.

My favorites are the NFL, NHL, and college football and it pretty much stops there.
My favorite NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys and my favorite player is Marion Barber.
My favorite NHL team is the Pittsburgh Penguins (who are hopefully going to bring home the Stanley Cup), and my favorite player is Marc-Andre Fleury.
I don't really have a favorite team in the NCAA football but I follow a couple pretty regularly Michigan, USF, Boise State, Pennstate, and Pitt.

As for non professional stuff I play football, hockey (goalie), horse shoes, and pool with my friends.

I don't watch sports much. I do always keep my ears open when the radio or news announce the sports scores. I been an Oakland A's fan since before Billy Martin ( yeah I just really dated myself). I used to watch baseball alot when I was very young on tv. I like the Sharks because I used to be a Teacher's assistaint at Napa Valley JC and a guy I knew used to practice hockey on Rollerblades with one of the guys on the Sharks next to the classroom I was working in. I meet him and he was really cool. That was in 97.

NFL: Dallas Tony Romo

NHL: Ottawa Danny Heatly/Jason Spezza

NBA: Raptors Jose Colderone(sp)

Tennis: Rafael Nadal

Golf: Phil Mickleson

The Chicago Cubs is the only team that exists for me :main_thumbsup: Boy do I miss Harry Caray.

strictly NFL only - Mike's team is the Washington Redskins and I'm a Bengals fan We dislike the Patriots the most and LAUGHED our butts off when we saw Brady's face after the Super Bowl

Boy do I miss Harry Caray.

College Football - Virginia Tech Hokies ... I've been to all the home games but 2 games in the last two years

NFL - Dallas Cowboys YAY!

And I was an pre-strike hockey fan, but haven't been able to get back into it. They split my team up I was a huge New Jersey Devil fan. Most of the team lived in the town I grew up in and I used to play hockey with them on our town pond.

Baseball is really the only sport I watch (besides gymnastics). We're big cubs fans here.
