Ok so after realizing that most roaches are illegal here in canada but still not wanting to continue to pay for crickets i have decided to start breeding and reproducing meal worms, which is great because i know my two beardies prefer meal worms to crickets.

My problem is that my adult aft isn't interested in eating the mealies... I have two small afts and they went right after the small mealies i gave them and seemed to absolutally love them but my adult doesn't even seem to realise that they are food... Its not that he doesn't like the taste or texture of them he has never even attempted to eat one... So is there anything i can do to try and convince them that they are a great food for him?

yeah i tried poking them to make them move infront of him but no luck, today i threw a few mealies in with his crickets (i feed him outside of his tank in a seperate tank so i dont lose crickets in his setup) ad he ate all the crickets and i assume he ate 1 of the meal worms because it disapeared but i didn't actually see him eat it... so im going to continue to mix them in with the crickets when i feed him and slowly add more mealies and less crickets and hope that works...
