How would I go about finding the right amount of mealworms to put in the feeding bowl at 1 time for my leos every or every other day?

I have 1 leo in each sterilite.
They are about 15gr size.

put in about 2 tablespoons of gotload then a couple of very thin carrot slices then 2 tablespoons of mealies then calcium on top then chec the dish each day to see what you need to add, you will probably need to add thin slices of carrots daily, gutload and cali every other day and mealies every other day.

What kind of container do you use to feed mealworms?
Do I need one of those special worm bowls or is there something diy that can be used?

I buy the gerber baby food for containers.. Gerber makes re-usable plastic containers now. I cut them in half, and use the bottom half as mealworm and water bowls. The tops are very shallow and matt and I use them to put the calcium and multi vitamins in.

I use these blue caps from 5 gal jug bottles, for water dishes, calcium dishes and food bowls, And calcium dishes for adults. Here they are and my baby cage setup.
