Feeding my baby RTB

i just bought my new rtb from NARBC she already ate one pre killed fuzzy how often should i feed my baby and do I need to feed it fuzzy's? I had a ball python that I started with regular mice could i do that with the rtb? shes about 1.5-2 feet

I prefer feeding rats, they are more nutritious and you won't have to worry about switching her from mice to rats later. I would feed a large pinky or small fuzzy every five days.

Ok thanks i think what im trying to feed her is fuzzy rats pre killed they came frozen i thaw them in hot water then i let the fuzzy get room temp. then i try feed the red tail boa (her name is Harley) in her separate container I try wiggling the fuzzy and nothing leave the fuzzy in there and nothing any other way I can feed it?

If she doesn't take it right away try leaving her in a dark box with the fuzzy and don't disturb her for an hour or two. If that doesn't work you could feed her a live pinky to initiate the feeding response, then give a thawed pinky as soon as she finishes the first one. She should still be in feeding mode and take it, after doing that a few times she should have it figured out that the dead things are food and not need to be started with a live one.

well i tried i left the Harley in there for like 3 hours and nothing well im going to a reptile show tomorrow ill buy some live fuzzys and try that thanks so far only one thats helping so far!

Well I moved her out of her 20 gallon to a 55 and now shes eating i think the enclosure was to small for her but thanks for the help guys it helped!
