I have a question about our leopard gecko. As I stated in my other post we rescued him from a family whose kid really didnt take care of him. We got him a bigger tank and new stuff and hes been doing great but lately me and my husband have noticed that when we feed him and put the insect in the cage with him he seems to not see it until it starts moving around then has an extremely hard time catching it. We have tried to hold it with tongs infront of him and he doesnt seem to be interested. Wondering if we should take him to a vet or if anyone can offer up some advice if this is normal or something else we can try.Maybe we aren't feeding him enough as well so anything would help and thanks.

That'll help people give you better advice. Pics of the gecko and/or its setup are always good too.
First of all, does he have access to belly heat? And what "insect" are you feeding?
