I have a female leopard gecko who is just over a year old. Two weeks ago she became very lethargic and was only eating about half the amount of worms she usually eats. Last week she shed and left pieces of her shed all over the tank. She tends to squint a lot and generally moves around as if she is uncomfortable. Today I tried giving her a soak in warm water to see if she was constipated, but no show. She is pooping and her poops do look normal.

Filling out the questionnaire Dazzling posted a link to would help folks give better advice to make sure its nothing else that's more serious but female geckos tend to ovulate around this time of the year (February-August). I wouldn't be surprised if this is what's going on. Most of mine stopped eating completely for a month or so when they started ovulating. I would buy a gram scale and worry more if they start losing weight. More than 10% of body weight and I would head for a vet. It's nerve wracking when they stop eating but it can be normal for a healthy animal (don't let me get started about my snake that fasted for 8 months. I was a wreck!).
