Female holding Sperm Question.

Ok, this question is for those who have breed females to different males in different seasons. More of a how long should I wait to know for sure about "Who's your daddy?"

I have a SHTCTB that was bred(first time breeder) to a tremper male earlier this year, she laid 7 clutches for me, ending in June. The last clutch was infertile. Since I have planned not to breed her with another Tremper, and would like to breed her with another SHTCTB, when do you think it would be safe to say that she has no more sperm from the first male? I know, they can hold up to a year, but more of a shorter time is normal.

On our parings where the males did the deed on their first visit, the females stopped laying after 3-4 months. I remember Marcia saying you should pair them up again after 3 months or so, and that was pretty spot on. I'm sure every female is different though.
