What should I do? Should i just mark them as is or should i find the mebryon and put it upright? I am leaning towards leaving them how they are and putting them in the same position as they were in the laybox.

You should wait for a few more responses, but I remember reading that it takes a day or two before the embryo actually attaches to the top of the egg. So, it's not critical right after laying which side faces up. You could probably do a search of previous threads.

If the eggs were layed in the last 24 hours then the embryo has not settled yet and the movement did not harm them. Just mark them as they are and put them in the incubator
