Female Raptor is only 35g?

Hi noob here, my 9 y/o daughter and I purchased a 5 year old female raptor a month or so ago. This is our first gecko and we wanted to start breeding her as a father daughter activity. I went to look at a male today at the local reptile store and he looked huge compared to our girl. I started looking at online breeders and most of the males were in the 50-70 gram range. Just out of curiosity I weighed ours and she's only 35 grams. Does that seem small? She doesn't seem particularly hungry either. We started her on dusted gut loaded crickets, then bought some wax worms before we knew those weren't the best diet, now were feeding her mealworms. Prior to us getting her the previous owner had her on crickets exclusively which we might just end up going back to. When we introduce a worm to her she crouches down in that hunting stance and even goes as far as touching them with her tounge, but then looses interest and doesn't eat them. We have her in a 20 gallon long tank (12"x24") with slate tile on top of play sand to fill the air gaps. She has calcium powder in a little cap as well. She has three hides, the moist is on the warm side. Surface temps are 82 and 90.

Any thoughts on all this would be appreciated. Thanks!

In my understanding you only got her a month ago. Did they tell you specifically that she had never laid eggs? Obviously we do not know where you obtained the gecko from but a more likely than not, a 5 year old female with Raptor genetics was probably bred at least once. Not saying this is your case but this is why Thor and I assumed this.

Oh, ok. I never asked if she was bred so I guess that's a possibility. I didn't know that most raptors are bred, but it doesn't surprise me given the prices I'm seeing online for them. We found her on craigslist, $50 for her and the entire setup. If we do breed her, what morph would make the best mate? Does she look especially good for a raptor?

You need to get her back to the prey shes comfortable with. The previous owner fed her crickets correct ? Your heat on the warm end should be between 88-95 deg

Thanks everyone. The uth had come loose so we taped it to the bottom of the tank and added some aluminum foil over it. I also put her back on paper towels to get her closer to the heat source. The warm end is now showing 92 degrees. She's back to eating again, mealworms for now. She doesn't seem to have an interest in the crickets, almost like they are too fast for her. With the meal worms she looks like a lion, crouching down and getting really close to them before chomping into them. Maybe the previous owner hand fed the crickets to her? Anyway, just happy to see her eating.
