hey my female snow is acting weird today i was changing the paper towle outa her tank ans she sat there with her head down as if she was ashamed (like a person would do ) any ideas why she would do this ? she is very skittish and hates being picked up and hates the light shes only a juvie and weighs in at 8 grams she is hosued with a tangerine tornadoewich is the same size as her both are females the female snow hardly comes out of the hide i place a bowl of meal worms in and also a few crickets i just lookd at them both and the water dish was dumped over so i changed the paper towle again ( as i was writing this ) so any ideas why she does this with her head?

I would seperate the two females, the tornado could be dominating the female, and at 8 grams the gecko should be a hatchling not a juvie, if it is a juvie then your gecko is seriously under nourished, she could be feeling dominated.
As for the food at least you know your snow is then eating and you can put some weight on her, IME snows are one of the fastest growing hatchlings to pile on the weight, do you mind me asking how old your snow is.
As for hating the light thats not unusual but try calming her down by handling 5-10 mins per day.

Gecko gathering (geckoforums and youtube member name) has some very very effective training videos, he has a post on here that has hatchling leos running to your hand when you open the lid, here is the link to his youtube channel.

So to sum up I would seperate the two females and see where you go from there.

Again at 8 grams your gecko is seriously undernourished.
Serperate the two of them into their own enclosures, get a mealworm bowl, and leave some in there overnight with some calc powder, also try and get your hands on some locusts, they havea higher protein package then crickets.

the gecko looks healthy from the picture. I really dont think anything is wrong with the gecko... sometimes geckos look down... you probably freaked it out and it was trying to lower its profile in hopes that you wouldnt see it (and eat it, because it thought you were a predator).
