Female Won't Eat Out of Dish

I have a female Mack Snow Eclipse that never eats out of the dish. The mealworms just stay in there until I toss them in front of her and let it run across the bottom of the tank, one by one, in her field of vision. She then very aggressively snaps them up.

My other 2 females and my male all almost immediately come out of their hide when I put the cup of mealworms in and start feeding. Is this gecko just going to be a pain or is there some way of getting her to eat out of a cup. I have tried leaving them in there for days at a time and still nothing.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

IMO if she gets hungry enough she will find the mealies.U could leave a trail of mealies leading to her dish

I have left the dish in the tank for 5 days and no feeding has occurred. If I hadn't tried that I wouldn't have posted here for help. On top of that I mention in my first post that I left it in for days at a time.

Some of my leos dont use dishes.I do what u did and let them crawl in the enclosure until they get eaten.Secondly there is no need to get impatient with your post.Sometimes ppl miss info you've given them in your post

If you have left the bowl in for 5 days, leave it in for 7 or 10 days...if your leo is healthy 7-10 days with no food is no big deal. If she eats worms out of the dish she will eat them in it. If she is hungry enough she will sniff them out and eat out of the dish. These geckos are not dumb, they have it scripted in their DNA to find food...remember that. Its instinct.

im sorry i missed it, please calm down.

if there are other things for him to do in his enclosure like climbing and sutff maybe take out decor and stuff. so he's left with literally just hide, water and food. He's not got much else to do but eat then.

also make sure the bowl isnt too high for him.

make sure the mealworms are active.

maybe try rubbing one on his nose so he can smell it and tempt him.

thats all i can think of, hope it helps.

also make sure you count how many mealworms are in the dish before leaving it in, so when you check you can know for definitie if he hasnt even eaten one or two.
