Joker is 16grams and I know this is not the best pic I will try to get a better one in daylight tomorrow but if you have a idea if this may be a boy or girl I'd be grateful my son wants to get another one and I don't want to breed and want them to share one tank

How old is s/he? 16 grams is pretty light so I'm thinking s/he must not be very old. It looks female to me, but it's also possible s/he isn't old enough to be accurately sexed. Normally you can't tell until they're at least 6 months old, but I've had leos that didn't become apparently male until they were 9 months old or older.

If s/he turns out to be male, you won't be able to have him share a tank with another male. They'll fight and likely kill each other.

We got him/her in march and he/she was really small then and has only shed once since we've had him/her I knew about the males not being able to live together unfortunately we learned that the hard way after buying an pair of crested geckos from ++++++++ being told they only sold females and by the time we knew that was not true it was to late. But I will wait a bit before buying a new one just to make sure thank you for the help

Looks female but the picture isn't tbe best and hard to see details. If you buy a second gecko it is always a good idea to quarantine them in a separate tank for 30-90 days to make sure they have no disease or parasites before introducing. Leos are solitary animals and won't always accept a cage mate. Be very careful when you introduce them and have a second enclosure always available in case they start to fight.
