Females with "hemipen buldges" ?

I have noticed my female bell stripe getting larger hemipen buldges, though no pre anal pores are visable. Is there other cases of females with hemipen buldges? I definitely don't need another male, so any insight would be greatly appreciated. I have included a pic of her vent area, as well.

How old is she? I do have an adult female who has bulges(I thought it was a male for the longest time). A closer up pic may help a little(I know it's very hard to get those pics). But yes it is possible for females to have bulges. Though they will probably not be as big as males bulges
