OMG I want an amel so bad. But I can't find one where i am not paying like 500 dollars. They are very pretty. But yet I love my normal female. and it really suprises me no one else has a aft with a tail like mine! LOL

i have seen pics of your fatties and cant tell you why the tails arent as large as yours. you dont see fattails with tails as large as leopards most of the time. which i ask my self why were they ever called fattails? what do you feed you geckos?

I have all my afts but my little male feeding on meal worms. And my aft eats waxes!

that is probably the reason i cant get my aft's to eat worms, they eat pretty much just bugs

I taught my geckos that tongs ment food. And after a few weeks of that they realized that anything off of the tongs was food. So I can't get them to eat them out of the dish but I only have 4 so I can hand feed them!

Aft's do seem to be pickier about what they will eat
I am slowly getting all of mine to eat roach nymphs
Some of mine eat mealies and some just won't touch them

They sure are worth the small aggravation of being somewhat picky
