fimo is dangerous for leos? I want too make hide and water dish from that.

Personally, I wouldn't use sculpy/fimo/super sculpy any pvc based synthetic clay for a water dish. They are not food safe materials. You should be okay for a hide, though. Make sure it is thoroughly cured (baked) and to paint and seal it, as well.
