So I know this is ditzy but in all honesty when I got my first and only crested a year ago, I only knew the basics of keeping it alive and healthy. Never knew about morphs, sexing, breeding, or this nifty little thing that they do "Fire Up". But I'm now learning more :) and am thrilled that I finally was able to see my crestie fired up. Just wanted to share and show (her?) Off a little :) uploadfromtaptalk1401220001647.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1401220046018.jpg

I literally JUST got my first one ever a few days ago and I'm totally in love :). Mine has different coloring than this though (I think mine is a lavender harlequin) ...what is the name of your morph, and which color is the "fired up" color? The brown or the green? I still don't fully understand what causes it but I just ordered a book and I'm reading what I can online! I am totally obsessed with mine...awesome little creatures!

That's great :)
Mine is a buckskin or olive patternles. The reddish brown is the fired up pic. Once I saw her fire up I looked at so many other pics and articles trying to learn more about it. Apparently if you must them or handle them it causes them to fire up. Some turn really quick and others take their time. She takes her time lol
