First egg problem?

Hera laid her first egg of the season. She did great last season - all fertile and hatched eggs. Her first egg this season was collapsed in her lay box. She'd been digging and not eating for three days before laying it. Still has another in her, but not laid it yet.
Is this normal for start of the season, or lack of something in her diet? She's fed roaches, mealworms, crickets, superworms and phoenix worms. And always has a calcium no d3 dish in her tub. Didn't have a bad egg at all last year, out of 16 total. Makes me worry when something like this happens :main_no:

Hi. How do you know that she still has one egg inside? Because this is strange really, more likely is that she only had one egg. Sometimes first 1-2 eggs are infertile but this goes as far as I know only for the first timers. Can I ask why are you not giving her D3? Without D3 the calcium can not bond so it's useless. Include good multivitamin formula with D3 together with calcium in her calcium dish and also dust the roaches, mealworms, crickets, superworms and phoenix worms.

I give her D3, but not all the time in her dish in her tub. I put calcium+d3 and multivitamin when I feed her. I can see the egg in her. It's looking ready to lay. My other female who mated on the same night just laid two eggs.

And Hera's only 2 years and 3 months old.
