One of my females laid a single egg late last night, but unfortunately it was a slug that she laid in the floor of her enclosure. I did go ahead and throw it in the incubator just in case. Early this morning she was back in her egg laying box in the corner where she had been digging and she does still have an egg in her.

Is it possible that the second egg could be fertile. If not, can I expect more infertile eggs on her next clutch, or will she even drop another clutch. Also, would it be wise to reintroduce the male after she lays the next egg.
