my female laid her first eggs in our care today, but they are stuck together and really dented. i'm trying anyway, because i know that sometimes dented eggs can fix themselves.

i'll take pictures soon, but for now i'm going to leave them alone. they're at about 85 degress right now, but the temp is fluctuating a bit. is that okay?

also, my female hasn't eaten for 2 weeks, and i just tried feeding her after her laying the eggs, and she's still refusing food. i'm kind of worried because she's looking really skinny. is this normal to still refuse food?

Denting usually means the eggs need more humidity and temps should be fine if they change by a degree or so. You could try puting a damp not wet paper towel over the eggs.. make sure it does not touch them tho.
She may be exhausted from the egg laying.. my girl ate only waxworms the day of and about 2 days later ate some crix and mealies... the waxworms I hand fed her so yours may just need to catch up with her energy reserves before she wants to eat anything. You could always try waxies.. hope it works out :D

Yes denting can be from drying out.
Usually by not finding them soon enough when they are over
a UTH source.
But denting can also be from wetness. Egg sitting in too moist
conditions can cause shell to soften + weight of egg helps
contents drawn out causing denting from the bottom.
These eggs most likely being no hatches even if puffed
back up since water is probably replacing lost needed liquids.
Take care. HJ
