What is that above your vermiculite/perlite that the eggs are resting on?

that's a GEO, they are wonderful and you buy a whole kit that has the deli cups and lids, perlite, and the little plastic divider. I used them and couldn't imagine not using them, gives me so much more space and no risk of mixed up hatchlings.
