Move it to the middle and put a dry hide over on the warm side. You need a dry hide on the cool side and one on the warm side, with the humid hide in the middle.

Get rid of the red light. Contrary to popular belief, leos can see it, and it disrupts their nighttime activity. Get a ceramic heat emitter if you need more heat.

What are the temps on the cool and warm sides?

Be sure to move things around too. Put the humid hide in the middle, the log hide on the cool or warm side and the dome wood on the other side. Then put the water bowl and the mealworms somewhere in the middle.
