First pair of Cresties - what's wrong?

Having concerns about my new cresties - got 2 REAL small babies (less than 2" long overall). They just seem to hide all day and not eat. I have small crickets, small mealworms and the Repashy crestie food in there for them. The enclosure has good vines and climbing areas, about 75-80 degrees and 50-70% humidity.

I have the Exo Terra Crested Gecko Terrarium kit which is more than ample space for them right now since they are so tiny.

Not sure what else to do. Suggestions?

Let me start of by saying I'm no crestie expert as I have just got into them a few months back..we do have 28 of them right now and from what I have researched and my breeder friend that has help me get setup.. Babies can get lost very easy in big enclosure... I have most of mine either in kritter keepers or small tubs... At first I was putting one cap of food elevated and one on the ground until I started to see dropping regularly... They don't eat to much so sometimes I can't tell there is food missing but there will be fresh dropings..

I also feed pangea bannana apricot ( their favorite) and pangea watermelon.. We're did you get them from and what were they eating for their previous owner?

And if they are house together I would separate them so you can tell you is eating what and pooping

The advice above is great and I also recommend housing them separately in either smaller tubs or kritter keepers with paper towel as the substrate. I would just try to feed them crickets, mealworms contain too much chitin for crestie's to digest properly. If they don't like bugs, Pangea makes a complete diet with insects, mine usually laps up half a bowl of that.

To add, crested geckos are mostly active after dark, you typically should not be able to find them during the day
