Hey people, this is my first post so bear with me.

I'm getting three juvi leos and am looking at my housing options. I want something like a rack system with three separate tubs. I dont have the tools to build my own, but i am looking at these :

I just dont know how i'll do the belly heat on these since i dont think there is a separator between each layer.

Any Ideas?

thanks,
Kristof

Thanks for the replies. Any alternatives for housing this trio separately?

Visionariums are good so I have heard, but they can be pricey.
I use fish tanks. Easy to clean, visually appealing and can get them in many sizes. Also most have built in area where you can plug in UTH (Under tank heaters). ^^ If you can buy a regular wooden shelf with enough room on each level to fit each of them then you are all set. ^^

IKEA has some surprising options (line with Sterilite tubs, heat tape as suggested underneath):

(with tubs on table top?)

(wire rack system and shelves lined with tubs? the drawback here is you hafta buy it piece by piece. There's some way to hang IKEA's tubs in this system, I just can't figure it out though.)

Or maybe my IKEA addiction is showing. I'm positive that there is something in that store that would work for someone on a budget. The trick is the tubs. Take a tape measure with you?

If you really plan to stick with using the three tub drawer set you suggest, I would say put the heater between two layers of repti-carpet (or whatever you call it), to keep from melting your tubs or burning your lizard.

Those bins are good for raising mealworms, though: top worms, middle pupa, bottom adults; rotate at cleaning time.

Best of luck to you with your new collection, don't forget to post pics! Welcome to GF. :)
