First time shedding, missed toes and eyelid

My leopard gecko started shedding for the first time yesterday. I've got a humid hide and a rock for her to scratch the shed off. But when I looked at her this morning her back toes still have strips of white around them and it looks like it could be painful. As well as that she's still got some shed on one eyelid that I'm worried could get into her eye.

Is there anything I can do to help her along?

Give it a bath in warm water. =) just enough to get those little toes and some of its legs wet. As for it's eye lid, I'm no expert, but I'd suggest putting a drop or two of water on your finger and running it over the lid. After a little while I'd try and peel it off.

Hope this helps!

I gave her a little soak and managed to damp her head. And I'm SO delighted, she kept calm and still while I picked at the skin and I've managed to clear her eye completely! Can't tell you how relieved I am. I also managed to clear 2 of her toes but now that she's started to get a bit stresses I'm going to leave her to it for a couple of hours and see if she can get any of it herself. Might give her another soak if not and have another go.

I'm so happy about her eye though, that was really worrying me! Thanks so much for the tip, she looks happier already :) not to mention her over-worried owner!
