Flash?????

Is it ok to use flash photography on a leo? I am thinking that it can hurt their eyes, but on here I am hearing people say they used flash. Can it hurt the gecko(s)? I'm kinda worried cuz I accidentaly set the flash off on my gecko twice. She is fine, but still. What's your opinions?

it would be the same as getting flashed in the eyes with a camera for us it wont really hurt us but its not very good for them repeated flash could cause vision probs
