Are Flightless Fruit Flies a good feeder option every now and again?
I live in Canada and Dubia roaches are illegal here. Phoenix worms and Meal worms are Mylo's staple feeders but I'd like to add more to the diet. Small sized supers don't seem to exist here, small horn worms, and small silk worms are also hard to find and very costly. Wax worms are fatty and there's controversy over butter worms. I'm stuck with limited feeder options :(

Ok, I get that they are teeny tiny, but I thought that if I put them in Mylo's dish with other feeders that he'd pick up some fruit flies while striking the other feeders. I don't even know if they have any nutritional value.
