Hey guys. My little guy is about a month old and I have some questions about his toes. As one reads so many horror stories about MBD they cannot help but worry, however I think I'm just over reacting. Whenever he is in his cage or walking it doesn't seem to be an issue or look odd at all but when I hold them they sometimes look like they're "off". Is this because he is still growing and it's softer like a human babies soft spot? He receives calcium+D3 twice a week so I feel like his calcium intake is okay. Any thoughts or am I just an very worrisome gecko owner?

He also looks normal to me. My guy has MBD disease, and while I'm not sure of the stages (I've heard it starts at their larger bone masses, such as the jaw or joints), his toes are just fine. It's his wrist that it seemed to impact most, and now he uses that to support himself. I'll attach a pic to show you: 10710763_10152354863716960_7747965648397480082_n.jpg

Hopefully your guy is as healthy as he looks (which is pretty good right now!). Good luck!
