Follow up fecal test

Its been 2 weeks since I started treating my geckos for parasites; they just had their 2nd dose of panacur. Last night, I did a combined floatation again (mixed several feces together and do 1 floatation), but still found ONE pinworm egg in there. This sound ok? Does panacur really requires at least 3 doses in order to fully eradicate pinworms? Or am I not doing good enough in the cleaning? - I lined their tanks with newspaper and replaced their hides with disposable paper bowls. I'll throw out everything and replace with new ones as soon as they pooped (everyday or every 2nd day); the humid hide and water dish is washed with bleach + detergent every day.

Bonnie, if it was me, I'd go ahead with the third dose in two weeks. Panacur has a wide margin of safety, so it couldn't hurt!

Thanks Marcia. I will surely give the third dose, just that I didn't expect to still see pinworm egg after 2 doses.
