A variety is good. I feed crickets and mealworms every feeding.

I like roaches the best! Dubia works great as a feeder, good nutrition and easy to breed. I also feed a lot of silkworms.

I feed mostly superworms but I also feed mealworms, crickets, roaches, sometimes I feed pheonix worms, wax worms, and pinkies. Do not feed too many wax worms they are only for treats because they are fatning and they can get addicted to them. feed pinkies only to full grown adults and I limit that to maybe once a month if not more.
