Normally takes me 10-20 minutes to set up (Maybe less...I have done it so many times...lol)
These CMS Typically include:
Forums, Newsgroups, Membership logins, Polls, or really anything else you could want. (most features are able to be enabled or disabled if you don't want a certain feature or whatnot.) Most also have plugins available to further customize the site.
Also I can setup any forums (phpBB2,phpBB3, inivision, vBullitian)
