Frog eyed Gecko- bedding question

i read some using beach sand as bedding, but i am concerning the potential fungus or parasite problem?anyone can enlighten me here?
any other sand is suitable and safe for the gecko?

Teratoscincus are built for sand. I've kept T. microlepis on this for many years with no problems.

use any of the calci-sands or even inert, washed play sand. I kept mine on both with no problems. If you get a chance post some pics of them. They are one of my favorite geckos.

Fine washed play sand is what I use.

Calci-sand is a product I've admittedly never used. However I wonder if it actually holds moisture and would be good for burrowing? That is the nature of these geckos...

i am concerning about the beach sand cause it has higher salt value and potential fungus problems. i couldnt find any children play sand here at my local toy store. how about construction fine sand?
