In order to get information, you have to give more information...Species you're interested in for example? I think I've said this before, but "frog-eyed geckos" is generic and applies to the entire genus Teratoscincus.

One note off top, they are nothing like E. macularius (Leopard geckos)!

Forgot about this thread. I keep Teratoscincus in cages ranging from 10g-20g. Hot side is mid-low 90's and cool side mid-high 70's. Deep substrate of washed playsand (3-4"). Cool end kept moist for digging. Inverted plant saucer over hot side just for cover. Keep them well fed, as they have a hefty appetite. Oh and watch out, they are "testy" geckos and will bite if you're not careful. Some species are known for jumping up considerably. Best of luck with yours...

I keep mine similiar (just roborowskii now). I do go a little bit hotter on the hot end and don't have the moist stuff (I think you might need it with some other species.). At least the roborowskii have never bit me. They looked at me like they wanted to and I've hand fed them, but never an aggressive bite with that species yet.

They do have considerable jumping ability for something so "stocky".
