front leg looks swollen

My leopard geckos front leg looks swollen and it also looks like its kinda bent inward and i don't know what to do about it:help: any advice would be really helpful :main_thumbsup: thank you!!! (will post picture soon)

Can he move it at all? Does he raise himself up on that leg? It looks like MBD to me - I've seen it in a bearded dragon before. You need to take that leo to the vet. If you absolutely cannot take him to the vet, then buy Oxbow Carnivore Care from Amazon. You should also get some 1cc oral syringes from Amazon or ask for them at a local veterinary clinic. You need to dose two parts Oxbow and one part water. you need to weigh your leo to see how many grams this is. Once you know his weight, you can post it here and I can help you with the dosing. You still need to decide what to do, though. Taking the leo to a vet would be the best vet. You should only try to fix this problem yourself if you absolutely can't take this animal to the vet. Even if you can't take him to the vet then we'll still be here to help you.

Vet ASAP. I don't know if it is mbd, because the other leg isn't bent. What are you supplementing with and how often? Remember that we are online, and we cannot diagnose or treat your gecko. For MBD Carnivore Care isn't going to reverse it on it's own. MBD is a calcium deficiency, either caused by too little calcium or too much D3 or phosphorous. If he were not eating properly on his own then the CC could be given to keep his weight and strength up but the liquid diet by itself isn't going to fix the issue. And force-feeding him food he doesn't need will be more stress than he really needs.

I would take him to the vet to see if it's MBD or just a break in the leg from an accident and go with what the vet recommends.
