G.E.O ????

I ordered a g.e.o and was wondering if anyone else who has ordered one had trouble contacting the shipper? I ordered before memorial day paid with paypal and still havent heard anything from the seller. How long did it take before you received yours and did you have any similar problems with the seller?

The seller is great, I got mine in less than a week. You might drop him an email, but vacation season is upon us, and I would suspect that if there isn't a response in a short time.

I ordered around 13 days ago. Still haven't received it. He blamed it on the weather and said he would ship me another one. Sounds to me like he never shipped it. Even if it was delayed because of weather, it would still arrive. Why would he have to ship another one? Hrmmmmm.......

I emailed you both. Sorry that it has taken this long. There is no tracking number with USPS. It can take up to 10 days to get to your location. I can't ship the day you order till your payment is verified through pay pal. This can also take a few days as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I will be more than happy to issue refunds ASAP. Thx Sean

Chad your payment did not arrive till the 29 th of may. I can't ship on sunday and the holiday was that Monday so that leaves me with 4 days. I think that you should PLEASE give it the 10 days that USPS has has quoted us. I can't change how they do things. Yes we have had some issues with them. Including lost pkgs. But please give it 10 business days first before you start a thread. This is all stated on our site. Again a can issue a refund as well. Thx Sean

Sean, I appologize if you think I am trying to slander you or your buissness in any way.

I was simply looking for anyone on here that has ordered from you recently. I never received a confirmation e-mail other than the one verifying my payment through paypal. I also tried to contact you through your website, asking what was the expected ship date and didn't recieve a response to that email. The ordering terms link on the G.E.O. page directs you to the shipping terms for Live animals, and it states that you ship via FedEx. There wasn't anything about shipment of the G.E.O.

I was just wondering as stated in my first post how long it took for the g.e.o. to arrive and if anyone has had problems contacting you via e-mail. I'm not interested in getting a refund and am looking foward to receiving the product I ordered last week.

I'm sure that Sean will deliver the goods shortly. I too had no intention of slandering his name. I was just giving the details of my situation as well. I ordered on May 20th and was wondering how come I hadn't received my G E O either when I came across this thread. I hope to receive it this week and am sure that this was all a misunderstanding. Just want to update that my GEO kit arrived today. Although it took longer than I expected, for weather reasons or whatever it happened to be, I am very excited to get the product and try it out. Sean took care of me with a little extra and he is a stand up guy. I would recommend doing business with him anytime.
