Gargoyle gecko eye problem w/ picture

Here's the picture of the gargoyle gecko with the eye problem...

The tiny white spot can be clearly seen from the picture..

Do you think it's an infection?

It doesn't seem to be washed off with water...so I don't think it's dust..

Sometimes mites can get in the eyes I would suggest taking it to a reptile vet if yuo can
