I have 3 juvenile leopard geckos I still have them all on paper towels and feed them mostly crickets and meal worms, recently fed a some wax worms to get weight up, they have all developed large white masses visible(i think form too mnay wax worms) and one appears to be especially bloated, all are alert and eating regularly tails are normal, they had abnormal poop, runny, but that seems to have resolved(after wax worms), now i think one may not be going so I just seperated him, I also feel a tiny rock hard bump on his side, feels almost like a tiny bone protrusion. just gave warm bath and veg oil waiting to see see what happens. any ideas? i dont want to have to take him to vet but if sounds serious its my only other option

Stop feeding waxworms and let things get back to normal. They'll gain weight and grow at a regular rate eating regular food if they're healthy. Waxworms are intended for only occasional feedings, as treats (twinkies).
